Gusto Paella
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Paella catered as a pop up stand – we are not a food truck or buffet.

Minimum of 20 people for private catering.

Deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure booking.

Receipt of the deposit acknowledges the client's acceptance of the conditions of sale, as listed here.

Balance of payment is due on the date of invoice, a week before the event.

A biodegradable serving bowl and cutlery are provided. More formal ware must be outsourced by client.

Agreed service time must be strictly adhered to. An additional charge of 200p/hour will be added for late starts.

Speeches must be planned accordingly and not interfere with service time. Food needs to be served immediately once cooked.

Damages: Gusto Paella will not be held liable for any damages caused by or relating to our service. We will however do our utmost to ensure that nothing of this nature transpires.
Cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable and are neccessary to secure your date.

The full amount is owed one week before the event.
